The Big Band & Jazz Hall of Fame Orchestra was established in the late 70's by ardent fans of the art and innovation of big band music who determined to keep the music alive. 
An extensive library of original band arrangements as composed and performed by the legendary band leaders of the era is at the heart of the BBJHF Orchestra's popularity.

Who We Are

The BBJHF Foundation consists of four Board Members who administer the organization's business and creative endeavors:

David Larkin, President -  Band Manager, and trombonist

Hal White, Vice President - and trumpet soloist

Vern Humpherys - Treasurer

Barbara Scarantino (Roman) - Secretary, Concert Promoter, Vocalist
