It All Starts With Love For The Music

... that's what brings us all together - musicians, singers and members of the Big Band & Jazz Hall of Fame.

In recent years our Big Band has continued to excite and entertain, playing concerts at Oceanside's Star Theater, the Moonlight Amphitheater in Vista, on the beach at the Oceanside Amphitheater, at special events such as Days of Art and the Gershwin Festival, at corporate galas and private parties.

And we continue our mission of school outreach and jazz educations by playing fund-raisers for school bands as well as providing young musicians with opportunities to learn and participate in composing, arranging and playing jazz.

Individuals can become members of the Big Band & Jazz Hall of Fame. Members will receive an official membership card, periodic newsletters and announcements, as well as discounts on official Big Band & Jazz Hall of Fame merchandise and Foundation-sponsored events.

Help Wanted

As a nonprofit foundation, the Big Band & Jazz Hall of Fame is in need of support, both present and ongoing.  Your interest and participation can take a variety of forms.

Memberships - You can subscribe at a variety of membership levels.  You will receive an official membership card, periodic newsletters and announcements, and discounts on official merchandize and Foundation-sponsored events.

Community Support - Local governments, service organizations and community groups can become friends of the Foundation via donations and/or other support.

Corporate Sponsorships - Funds, products, services, publicity, even personnel can be of great aid to the Foundation.  By participating, companies may earn tax benefits as well as enhanced public image.

Volunteer - The Foundation is in need of volunteers to carry out its educational programs, to assist with performances and fundraising activities, , and perform administration functions.  We invite you to contribute some of your time and talent to keep the Foundation moving forward and make the dream a reality.
